In-App Purchases on DarkPixel are owned by DarkPixel and remain under its sole discretion. DarkPixel reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate all In-App Purchases at any time, without prior notice or announcement, and without any obligation of compensation to users. DarkPixel shall bear no liability to users or any third party for exercising such rights.

All charges associated with DarkPixel services are payable in advance, final, and are non-refundable in whole or in part, except where mandated by applicable consumer rights law in your local jurisdiction. Users shall not receive any monetary compensation or other forms of reimbursement for unused In-App Purchases in the event of account closure, whether voluntary or involuntary. However, DarkPixel may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund to users if all purchased content has been consumed within sixty (60) days of purchase, and a valid reason for refund is provided.

DarkPixel is powered by CraftingStore (https://craftingstore.net/) as the merchant of digital content produced by us. Users wishing to purchase licenses for digital content produced by DarkPixel must do so through CraftingStore as our licensed reseller and merchant of record. To proceed with any such purchase through CraftingStore, users must agree to their terms available at craftingstore.net/terms.
